Varied spring soup
ingredients
600 g kohlrabi 500 g carrots 1 litre vegetable stock 100 g lentils 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground black pepper
step
1. Clean the kohlrabi and carrots, peel and cut into small cubes. 2. Cook the cubes in the vegetable stock for about 5 minutes. 3. Wash the sprouted lentils, add them to the soup and cook for 3 more minutes. 4. Season the soup with salt and pepper and serve.
