Vanilla-walnut rolls

ingredients

300 g palmarin 150 g powdered sugar 2 packets vanillin sugar 2 pcs egg 400 g plain flour 200 g ground nuts chocolate for dipping powdered sugar for coating

Traditional Christmas pastry…

Mix the softened palmarin with a whisk with the eggs,icing sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the flour , nuts and work the dough with your hands. Put covered in the refrigerator for half an hour.

After the dough has rested, make finger-thick peels on a work surface and shape them into rolls.

Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for about 13 minutes (depending on the oven).

4.

Coat in icing sugar and dip the ends in chocolate.
