Here’s the recipe for Valentine’s Day Mojito in Thermomix, a delicious pink cocktail made with strawberry, rum, lemon and mint that’s quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:
300 g strawberries, cleaned and chopped 20 g cane sugar 6 fresh mint leaves juice of 1 lime 150 g ice cubes 250 g Sprite 250 g Rum or 150 g Vodka strawberries, mint leaves and lemon slices for decoration
Preparation:
Place the strawberries, sugar and lime juice in the bowl then blend for 1 minute on speed 9, for a smooth texture,strain the juice.
Add the Sprite, Rum, Mint and blend for 20 seconds on speed 5.
Then add the ice cubes and blend for 20 seconds on speed 6.
Pour into glasses then garnish with the mint leaves, lemon slices and strawberries then serve.
