Procedure:
1. Soak the beans and mushrooms in water overnight
2. The next day add cabbage, drained plums, a few balls of allspice, bay leaf and cook the soup
3. Thicken it with a lighter stock of butter and flour, add salt and cream
4. Finally, add the chopped roasted sausage.
