Salad of tomatoes, green peppers, sterilized cucumber and hard cheese.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 100 g hard cheese 3 pcs green peppers 3 pcs tomatoes 1 pcs sterilised cucumber ground hot peppers vinegar oil salt

Procedure:

1. Roast the washed peppers on a hot stove until the skin browns
2. Peel them, cut them in half, remove the seeds and cut them into noodles
