Universal pancake batter

ingredients

500 ml milk 250 g plain flour 2 pcs egg 1 tbsp oil salt

Do not add any sugar to the pancake batter. We use the same batter for sweet and savoury.

With a mixer, mix a smooth batter. Let stand for 10 minutes. The flour will “drink” well.

There is a little oil in the batter, the pancakes do not stick. Brush the pan with a little oil before the first pancake.

Bake on both sides.

Stack. Before serving, flip and take from the first one that has already softened.

Serve smeared with ketchup or tartar sauce, with ham, salami, cheese, tuna…

Or with your favourite homemade jam.
