Unbaked stuffed puffs with egg liqueur

120 g almond flour (or finely ground shelled almonds) 120 g ground baby biscuits 150 g icing sugar 3 tbsp 100% cocoa 125 g fresh butter 3 tbsp honey 70 ml eggnog
Filling
20 ml egg liqueur 40 g caster sugar 2 tbsp honey 70 g fresh butter
more needed
icing sugar for sprinkling round biscuits as desired

A delicious simple treat topical for this holiday season for big and small.
1.
Place the ground biscuits, almonds, sugar, and the rest of the dough ingredients in a bowl and make the dough see photo. Beat filling ingredients until smooth, place in a pastry bag with a narrow tip.

Make a ball of dough, place in a mould dusted with icing sugar, squeeze the centre of the mould from underneath with a thin fork and make a hole. Place the filling in the hole and close with biscuits.
3.
Place in the refrigerator to set, sprinkle with icing sugar before serving. The goodness in a few minutes on the table.
