Unbaked salsa cake with biscuits

400 ml 33% cream 500 g Mascarpone 160 g condensed milk 160 g caramelised condensed milk 360 g butter biscuits

Beat the mascarpone and cream together.
2.
Divide the whipped mixture into two equal parts.
3.
Add caramelized condensed milk to one part and add plain condensed milk to the other part and mix.
4.
Finally, just layer the mixture into the biscuit lined tin and repeat:biscuits – layer with caramelised condensed milk and again biscuits – layer with plain condensed milk(repeat to the top of the tin) and place in the fridge for 12 hours.
