50 g chocolate cookies 100 g butter biscuits 1 tbsp cocoa 70 g butter
Filling
1 kg plums 1 tbsp agar powder 100 ml water 2 tbsp vanilla sugar

Delicious plum cake with vanilla and biscuit casing.

Corpus: Mix cookies, biscuits, cocoa powder, add melted butter and press into the bottom of a baking paper lined pan.

Refrigerate the shell for at least 1 hour.

Filling: simmer the pitted, halved plums over medium heat for about 30 minutes and strain through a sieve.

In a small bowl, mix the agar powder with water, cool and then heat over medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Then pour in the passé plums, add the vanilla sugar and simmer together for about 10 minutes.
6.
Pour into the mould and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
