Unbaked peanut slices: also suitable for the keto diet

ingredients

170 g butter 170 g peanut butter 50 g stevia powder 1 KL vanilla extract 180 g almond flour

Oil

2 tbsp butter 100 g dark chocolate

progress

A simple dessert that tastes exactly like the popular chocolate-peanut butter treat in an orange wrapper.

1.

Line a small baking tray (20×20 cm) with baking paper.

TIP: to make sure the paper sticks well to the sides of the tray, lightly drizzle or spray the paper with water, then wring out the water to give the paper perfect flexibility.

2.

Melt the butter and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

3.

Then add the vanilla extract, stevia, almond flour to the butter mixture and press the resulting stiff mixture with the palms of your hands into the prepared baking sheet.

TIP: to make the slices nice and even, you can put baking paper on top and smooth out the unevenness from your palms with, for example, a glass with a smooth bottom.

4.

Then place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and make a liquid icing with the butter and chocolate over a water bath.

5.

Pour the chocolate glaze over the walnut base, spread evenly, and return the baking sheet to the refrigerator for about an hour until the chocolate has set.

6.

Cut the unbaked dessert into square slices and serve.

7.

Taste good!
