Unbaked peanut delicacy

150 ml water 170 g granulated sugar 120 g margarine 100 g cooking chocolate 200 g ground biscuits 150 g unsalted peanuts 50 g chocolate for coating oil

Peanut delicacy that will make you drool

Roast the peanuts in a pan or oven. Let them cool and then blend them in a blender until they are in pieces.

Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan on a stovetop. When the sugar has completely dissolved, add the margarine and chocolate and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat.

Add the biscuits and coarsely ground arasids. Stir the mixture and pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (25×20).

Dissolve the chocolate for the icing and add a few drops of oil. Pour over the arasida mass and put in the refrigerator to harden.
