Unbaked Ferrero balls

100 g cooking chocolate 150 g granulated sugar 2 dl water 200 g margarine 200 g Ground roasted hazelnuts 300 g Ground biscuit 150 g Hazelnuts for coating

Fantastic and time-saving

1.

Lightly toast the hazelnuts in a frying pan or in the oven. I then just chop them coarsely in a food processor.

Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and put on a plate. When the sugar has melted, add the chocolate and margarine. Stir until melted and remove from heat.

Add the hazelnuts and biscuits and mix everything well. Let the mixture cool a little and form balls, which we roll in hazelnuts.
