Unbaked dessert with chocolate cream and currants

2 packets cocoa biscuits 700 ml milk 2 packets chocolate pudding 3 tbsp fine curd 3 tbsp room temperature butter 60 g granulated sugar 400 ml cream 33% 1 pk Smeta-fix Dr.Oetker 120 g currants or other berries grated chocolate on top

Fresh no-bake cake with chocolate pudding and currants. Tastes delicious.

First, whip the whipped cream. Mix the 33% cream with the whipping cream and prepare the whipped cream to be refrigerated.

In a little milk, mix the chocolate pudding with the sugar. Bring the remaining milk to the boil and stir in the mixture. Boil a thick pudding. Set aside and allow to cool, stirring occasionally.

Stir room temperature butter and 3 tablespoons of soft cottage cheese into the pudding.

Spread the cocoa biscuits on the bottom of the tin. Spread half of the cream over them. Smooth and place a second layer of biscuits on top of the custard. Spread the remaining custard, smooth and place the washed currants on top.

Place the last layer of cocoa biscuits and spread the cooled whipped cream on top. Sprinkle the dessert with grated chocolate and chill in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
