400 g dark or milk chocolate 70 ml vegetable oil to melt the chocolate Filling:

250 g soft cottage cheese 250 g mascarpone (spreadable butter, Lucina, Philadelphia) 2 tbsp icing sugar to sweeten 1 packet vanillin sugar(or vanilla paste) strawberries fresh or other fruit according to season 1 packet clear gelatine

Break the chocolate into smaller pieces put it in a water bath add oil just enough so that the chocolate is not runny according to the %chocolate. Spread the holes of the silicone muffin moulds with the melted chocolate see below, photo. Place in the fridge (freezer) to set. After the first hardening, brush the holes a second time.

Prepare the filling, beat the cottage cheese,mascarpone, icing sugar +vanilla sugar or vanilla paste. Cut some of the strawberries into small pieces add to the curd filling. Then prepare the gelatine according to the instructions and stir into the filling. Fill with the prepared filling smooth, put in the refrigerator to harden.

After it has set, brush the top with the rest of the melted chocolate. Again put in the fridge to harden before serving, carefully remove(squeeze) from the moulds. Decorate with fruit or as you like. Can be stored in the freezer in a container. Dessert suitable for sitting in the summer in the garden, on the balcony or just like that. Bon appetit to all.
