A dessert using fallen apples or apples that need to be used up tastes similar to baby food
1.
Cut the cleaned apples into smaller pieces, cover with a little water, add lemon juice and let it boil, set aside and let it cool down a bit
2.
Place the mixture in a blender, blend to a puree, add a little water if necessary
3.
Pour the applesauce into a saucepan and bring back to a boil, add honey. Mix the golden cobs in 200ml water and stir into the porridge, allow to simmer to a thicker pudding mixture
4.
Place the biscuits on a smaller baking tray and pour over half of the apple pudding
5.
Place another layer of biscuits, pour over the other half of the custard
6.
I still had a little left over, so I popped a couple of biscuits into a muffin tin and poured the rest over the top. Let the finished dessert cool completely and then place in the fridge to set, cut into slices
