The ultra light chocolate mousse, is one of the easiest desserts to make and in a few minutes, quite light and not very caloric.

Ingredients:
1.5 sheets of gelatin 1 chocolate yogurt 200 g white cheese 0% 1 tablespoon of sugar 2 egg whites 80 g dark chocolate
Preparation:
– Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes.
– Bring 6 cl of water to a boil and melt the wrung-out gelatin in it, stirring.
– Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
– Mix the chocolate, yogurt, cottage cheese and sugar in a bowl. Add the gelatine.
– Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the first mixture.
– Pour the mixture into 2 glasses.
– Keep in a cool place for 2 h before serving.
