Cut the bacon into small cubes, fry the onion, which you cut into small marigolds, and cover with hot stock or water. At the same time add the washed wheat, let it boil and add the diced or sliced potatoes, pepper, salt. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with a little parsley.
