1 pk casserole 1,5 liters water 100 g celery 40 g carrots 30 g green peas 60 g mushrooms to taste salt, whole pepper, a piece of ginger
procedure
1. Wash the hen, divide into smaller pieces, place in cold water, cover and cook slowly. When the meat is tender, add the chopped Vegetable Recipes, mushrooms and the ginger and whole pepper tied in a bag. 2. Cook everything together. Then remove the bag, peel the casserole and put the meat in the soup.
