Tzatziki II.
Greek salad or cold appetizer, yogurt dressing with grated cucumber, famous all over the world.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Rinse the cucumber and then grate it on a coarse grater, squeezing out all the juice
2. Mix the yoghurt well with the mashed lychees
3. Season the resulting mixture with crushed garlic
4. Season with salt and tzatziki seasoning
5. Add the squeezed and grated cucumber and mix well with olive oil
6. Divide the appetizer into bowls, garnish with olives and drizzle with oil.
Recommendation:
Serve with white bread or as part of a vegetable garnish.

Salt the cucumber and let it sit for about 30 minutes before preparing, then you can easily squeeze the juice out of it.
