Tzatziki

Yoghurt dressing mixed with grated cucumber, famous all over the world.

Ingredients:

500 g of thick white yogurt (ideally Greek type) 1 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp olive oil 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs large salad cucumbers 2 tsp vinegar 1/2 tsp white pepper 1 tsp tzatziki seasoning (ideally original from Greece) a few sprigs of fresh dill salt to taste

Procedure:

1. Peel the cucumbers, remove the kernels, add a little salt and let them “sweat” for about 20 minutes, drain the excess water and squeeze the cucumbers
2. Add the oil, crushed garlic, chopped dill, all the spices to the yoghurt and mix
3. Then add to the cucumbers and season as needed
