Tyrolean Dumplings

Smoked meat dumplings, buns and eggs.

Ingredients:

5 pcs of bread rolls 2 pcs of egg 100 g of cooked smoked meat 70 g of coarse flour 25 g of butter 1,5 dl of milk tr>

Procedure:

1. Cut the bread rolls into small cubes
2. Fry the chopped parsley in hot butter and mix it with the bun cubes
3. Beat the eggs with salt and milk, pour them on the buns, add the finely chopped smoked meat, coarse flour and mix well
