Two-coloured mascarpone cuts
ingredients
6 eggs 150 g of granulated sugar. 125 ml oil 125 ml water 250 g polohr. flour 1 packet baking powder 1 tbsp dark cocoa spicy jam (currant or apricot)
FILLING :
500 ml Mascarpone 500 ml whipping cream 3 tbsp nutella nutella 50 g powdered sugar 1 packet whipping cream stiffener

Stir the egg yolks with the sugar, add the oil, water, flour mixed with baking powder and the snow. Take part of the batter and add the cocoa to the other part.

Pour the dark batter onto the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pour the light batter on top of the dark batter and use a toothpick to go from side to side.

Bake on a 30×40 cm baking sheet at 200 C´ for 30 min.

After removing the cake, brush with jam and leave to cool.

Make the whipped cream together with the sugar and the thickener, and stir in the mascarpone. Take 1/3 of the filling and stir the Nutella into the rest of the filling. Spread a little of the dark filling over the cake and decorate with the rest. Dark and white filling. The white filling can be sprinkled with cocoa.
