Filling
200 g fresh softened butter 200 g ground walnuts 150 g powdered sugar apricot jam for coating the crust

100 g palmarin 100 g vegetable fat (Cera) 200 g caster sugar 150 g milk powder dark chocolate glaze as desired

Beat eggs until frothy progressively add sugar until frothy alternately add oil warm water. Sift the flour combine with baking powder, baking powder +powder, cocoa powder.

Incorporate the flour into the batter on lower speed of the mixer. Line a 30x40cm baking tray with baking paper and spread the prepared batter evenly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Place the ingredients for the coating mixture.

In a bowl put sugar,milk powder, cold butter grate on a grater or cut into smaller pieces.

With your hand make a smooth mass, put it on a work surface sprinkled with powdered sugar roll it out to a thickness of 0.2-0.3cm.With a rolling pin carefully transfer to the nut filling. When the roller has been transferred, lightly run it around the entire circumference. Place in the fridge to set, preferably overnight.
