Two-colour kefir cake / pie recipe
Compound
Serving size: n/a 200 ml kefir 1 egg 100 g semolina sugar 1 pc. Lemon zest orange zest shredded coconut ground walnuts ground walnuts lemon glaze chocolate icing icing icing powdered sugar
Recipe preparation steps
1 In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, oil and kefir. Then add the plain and semi-coarse flour and baking soda and mix well. To taste, you may (but do not have to) add about two tablespoons of coconut or nuts to the batter, or flavour the batter with a little freshly grated zest. Pour the larger half of the batter into a greased and floured round cake tin (22 cm). Sprinkle the other half of the batter with cocoa and pour it on top of the light coloured batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Check with a skewer. When cool, cut into slices, salt and serve as a quick breakfast or snack. 2 If you like, you can drizzle with chocolate icing and sprinkle with nuts or coconut to taste. 3 Bake the cake in the same way, but increase the quantity of ingredients again.
