Two-colour cake

ingredients

250 g semi-coarse flour 250 g plain flour special 1/2 cube fresh yeast 125 g melted butter 2 dl lukewarm milk 2 pk egg 2 pk plums 1 pk lemon zest 1,5 tbsp cocoa 1 tsp salt

Excellent cake for breakfast.

1.

I put the ingredients in a bowl with the crumbled yeast/except a little butter/ and make a smooth dough.I keep a little melted butter,

and I mix the cocoa in it.

I take about half of the dough and stir in the cocoa.

Then I work out both doughs on the board,

and roll it out.I put the dark one on top of the light one,

and wrap it.I roll it up and cut it in half.

Place in the prepared tin and leave in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour.When risen, bake for about 40 min.at 170 °C.
