Turkish pizza – lahmacun

Pizza base
2 dl lump water; 4-5 dl wheat;flour 2 teaspoons of dry yeast 3 tablespoons of olive oil 1 teaspoon of salt
Bake the pizza dough in a bowl to rise for half an hour.
Make the lahmacun: peel and chop half of the red onion. Cut the other half into rings and serve as a garnish. Place the chopped red onion in a pan and add the olive oil. Add the garlic and chop. Start to cook slowly.
Slice the minced meat crosswise very finely. Put the my&oum;s in a pan. Dice the tomato and add to the pan. Season the mince with tomato puree and the spices according to the recipe. Fry for a while, but the minced meat does not need to be cooked before it is done.
Heat the oven to 225C.
Divide the dough into quarters and roll into thin ovals. Add the flour mixture to the base just before baking to prevent the base from absorbing the juices and getting soggy.
Tighten the edges of the lahmacun as shown in the picture and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Sprinkle the Turkish pizza with lemon and red onion rings.
