400 g turkey breast 1 pk spring onion 1 tbsp coriander 2 pk sun-dried tomato 1 tbsp lemon juice to taste salt, ground black pepper a little oil
procedure
1. Wash the turkey breast, pat dry and grind in a meat grinder. Mix them with the chopped spring onions, coriander, tomatoes and lemon juice. Season the mixture with salt and ground black pepper. 2. Using your hands, shape the meat mixture into meatballs and fry them on both sides on a hot grill. Serve the Vegetable Recipes as a side dish.
