Turkey meat Swiss style
Slowly braised turkey meat together with onion and garlic. Recipe from the show “VIP Prostřeno” by Mr. Ivan Vyskočil.

Procedure:
1. Salt and pepper the meat, roll in flour
2. Brown the meat in oil and butter (preferably 1:
1), then remove from the pot and keep warm
3. Put the cubes of speck in the meat stock, melt, add the smaller onions cut into quarters and the chopped stalks of celery, lightly fry the Vegetable Recipes, put the meat back and pour the sherry or port wine and broth over everything
4. Season the dish with spices; bay leaf, oregano, thyme and pepper, lightly salt 5. Very slowly, on a moderate heat source, simmer the meat for almost 2 hours until the juices are almost cooked off.
Recommendation:
Serve mashed potatoes, rice or buckwheat as a side dish.
Note:
This recipe can also be made with chicken or rabbit.
