Turkey legs on mushrooms

2 pcs turkey legs 200 g mushrooms 1 pcs onion 2 pcs carrots 50 g bacon pcs salt 5 pcs whole black pepper 5 pcs allspice 5 pcs allspice 5 pcs juniper pcs thyme pcs rosemary

procedure

Brush the bottom of the baking dish with butter, spread the chopped onion, chopped bacon, shredded carrots and mushrooms. They can be fresh or dried. Place the salted thighs, add the peppercorns, thyme and rosemary. Pour over the water or broth.

Cover with foil and cook at 200 degrees Celsius. Bake for 1 hour. Then turn the thighs over and bake for about half an hour. Remove the foil and bake until the skin is golden.

Serve the mushrooms and carrots whole with the thighs, or blend with an immersion blender and serve as a sauce.
