1. Fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil. Add the diced turkey breast, season with salt, pepper, curry spices, goulash seasoning and fry. Pour in the hot meat broth and bring the stew to a boil. 2. Add the diced potatoes, bay leaf, ground cumin, whole black pepper and cook the stew over medium heat until tender. Finally, add the crushed garlic and chili pepper.
