Turkey goulash recipe

Ingredients

8 servings 1 onion salt 2 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp. 2 spring onions 2 yellow peppers Vegetable broth (optional) 1 tbsp. Ground paprika 4 pieces of turkey legs (boneless) 150 g of green beans 200 g cherry tomatoes oil

Process preparation

1 Clean the legs, remove the skin, cut the meat into cubes, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil and mix. Chop the onion and fry it in a little oil, then add the meat and fry. Stir in the paprika, pour in the stock and cook until soft. Squeeze out the garlic, cut the peppers into noodles, cut the tomatoes in half, finely chop the onion and cut the long beans in half. Add the Vegetable Recipes (beans, peppers, tomatoes) to the meat and cook for a minute.
