Turkey broth with turmeric

2 liters water 8 pcs turkey neck 1 pcs spike bone 3 pcs small onion 3 pcs carrot 2 pcs parsley 1/2 pcs kohlrabi 5 pcs Brussels sprouts 5 cloves garlic 1/2 pcs celery 3 leaves Chinese cabbage salt 5 pcs allspice 10 pcs black peppercorns 1 tsp turmeric 4 stems fresh parsley

First, put water in a large pot and put the turkey necks in with the spike bones and bring to a boil.

Collect the resulting protein to make a clear broth.

Gradually add all the Vegetable Recipes – carrots, onions, parsley, kohlrabi, brussels sprouts, garlic, celery and Chinese cabbage.

Add all the spices as well – salt, both kinds of black pepper and a teaspoon of turmeric.

Bring back to the boil and turn down the heat. Add a sprig of fresh parsley tied in a bowl. Cook just below the boiling point for about 3 hours, so that the meat is tender.

Serve the broth alone or with the addition of pasta.
