3. Put the corn and soy beans in a sieve to drain, pour boiling water over the mushrooms and let them swell
4. Cut the washed celery, carrots and peppers into pieces, divide the washed broccoli into smaller florets
5. Break the noodles and cook them according to the instructions on the package, usually it is enough to boil them for 2-3 minutes in hot water
6. Heat the oil in a wok or other large and deep pan, fry the marinated meat noodles, drain the mushrooms and add them to the meat together with the Vegetable Recipes and nuts, stir fry everything thoroughly
7. Pour in the broth, add the rice noodles, boil everything until tender, finally season the dish with soy sauce, spices, salt to taste.
