Turkey Bread
Buttery stuffing baked in a biscuit tin, topped with English bacon, interspersed with sliced meat, eggs and seasoned meat mixture.

Procedure:
1. 1. The other half of the meat is finely minced and put in a bowl, add bay leaf, thyme, ground allspice, peeled crushed garlic cloves, cleaned finely chopped peppers, diced smoked meat, salt, pepper, add cream and mix well
3. Line the sandwich tin with slices of English bacon, cover the bottom with part of the prepared meat mixture, place half of the meat slices on top, cover with another part of the meat mixture, and lightly press in half of the boiled eggs
4. Then cover with the remaining slices of meat, divide the rest of the meat mixture over them and top with the remaining slices of English bacon
5. Wrap the mould in foil, place in a baking dish with water and bake in a preheated oven at 90 °C for about 120-150 minutes, then leave in the mould to cool, tip out, cut into slices and serve with fresh bread.
