4 pcs tuna fillets 10 leaves basil 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp grated lemon peel 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 tbsp oil to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Wash the tuna, pat dry and cut into slices. 2. In a blender, combine basil, garlic, lemon juice and zest, wine vinegar, oil, salt and ground black pepper. 3. Brush the steaks with this marinade and refrigerate for at least two hours. 4. Grill them on a hot grill for about 4-6 minutes on each side.
