Tuna spaghetti with green beans and sausage

ingredients

200 g corn spaghetti 500 g frozen green beans 150 g quality sausage 2 cans tuna in its own juice 3 tbsp tomato puree 3 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper 3 cloves garlic

1. Dump the frozen beans into the pan and let thaw on the heat. Then add 1 tbsp of oil and fry the sliced garlic in it. 2. In the meantime, dry fry the sausage cut into small cubes in another pan. 3. To the fried beans, add both tuna (pour off the juices), puree, ketchup and season the mixture. Let simmer for 10 minutes and cook the pasta according to the instructions. Mix the cooked pasta with the tuna mixture and add salt or other seasonings to taste. Place the finished dish in a deeper plate and top with the browned sausage. Enjoy!
