Tuna skewers with walnut marinade

1. Wash the tuna, pat dry and cut into cubes. Pour half of the coconut milk, pineapple juice, season with salt and pepper. Let the tuna marinate for at least an hour. 2. Peel the onion, chop finely together with the garlic. In a frying pan in hot oil, fry the onion and garlic. Add the ground peanuts, salt, ground black pepper, sugar and ground red pepper. Pour the remaining coconut milk, lemon juice and soy sauce over everything. Slowly cook the marinade until it is completely smooth. 3. Thread the tuna pieces onto grill needles and brush them with the walnut marinade while grilling on the grill. Bake until golden.
