500 g tuna to taste salt, ground black pepper, fish seasoning 2 pcs lime a little butter

1. Wash and dry the tuna, cut into cubes and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Cut the limes into eighths. 2. Progressively skewer the tuna and limes on skewers or barbecue needles. Brush skewers with melted butter, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and fish seasoning. Grill them on each side for about 8 minutes. The tuna should still be a little red inside, otherwise it will be dried out.
