Tuna Sauce

Cold sauce with a strong taste of tuna, suitable as a side dish for cold meat appetizers or salads.

Ingredients:

Range for 4 servings: 150 g of canned tuna 80 g of mayonnaise 3 tbsp whipping cream 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp chopped anchovies 1 tbsp capers ground white pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Place the tuna in a bowl and crumble it with a fork
2. Add chopped capers and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper to taste
3. Mix everything thoroughly and finally add the whipped cream and mayonnaise, then stir lightly

Recommendation:

Serve this sauce well chilled.
