150 g tuna in oil 100 g white yoghurt or sour cream 100 g sterilised peas 50 g sterilised corn 40 g Mozzarella cheese 2 handfuls leaf lettuce 1 pk tomato 5 pk sour cucumbers 1 tbsp mustard 1 tbsp spicy ketchup 1 clove pressed garlic

I found this recipe when I wanted to lose some weight. It can also be eaten without baking, as a light dinner.
1. Wash the lettuce and chop it finely. 2. In a bowl, mix it with all the other ingredients and stir well. Omit the mozzarella. 3. Prepare the salad just before eating. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
