Tuna Rio Mare Leggero with wild rice, tomatoes and fresh cucumber

Ingredients:

3 pieces of Rio Mare Leggero canned tuna

1 pc small red onion 1 pcs salad cucumber 300 g cherry tomatoes 200 g coloured wild rice 50 g extra virgin oil vine leaf or other salad leaf water salt

Procedure:

Cook the wild rice in salted water according to the instructions

Slice the washed cherry tomatoes into quarters, and thinly slice the cucumber and red onion

Toss everything well and serve on a vine leaf or other salad leaf.
