Tuna plate with beans

ingredients

2 cans tuna in its own juice 300 g sterilized beans 200 g peeled tomatoes 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp olive oil to taste salt, ground black pepper 1/2 KL ground cumin

procedure

1. In a frying pan, fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in hot oil. Add the peeled tomatoes and drained beans. Season the mixture with cumin, salt and pepper and simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes. 2. Then add the tuna, drained of oil, and stir well with the beans. Serve on lettuce leaves with toasted croutons.
