Tuna pizza

Great dinner, or to treat a visitor, or anytime. Pizza can also be made with sourdough. Bake 4 pizzas from the above quantity.
1.
Make a sourdough starter from yeast and water, wait 15 min until it rises and add flour, salt, sugar and olive oil, mix to form a smooth dough, let it rise for 1,5 h, or after 1 h put it in the fridge and consume it within 4 days.
2. Squeeze in 2 cloves of garlic and season with oregano.

Shape the dough into 4 loaves and shape into a round by hand and place on a baking sheet.
