Tuna in tomato sauce

ingredients

4 pcs tuna fillets to taste salt to taste ground black pepper 1 pk lemon 80 ml olive oil 1 pk onion 4 cloves garlic 100 g stalked celery 400 g peeled tomatoes 1 cup olives 80 ml white wine 1 tbsp fresh herbs

procedure

1. Wash the tuna fillets, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and place in the fridge for half an hour. 2. Grease a baking dish with oil, place the tuna pieces in it. Drizzle them with oil and bake in the preheated oven until golden. 3. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in it. Add the diced celeriac, peeled tomatoes, olives, pour in the wine, chopped herbs and simmer the sauce. Finally, season with salt and pepper and pour it over the baked tuna fillets.
