600 g tuna 100 g sesame seeds 1 pk lemon to taste salt to taste ground black pepper a little oil
procedure
1. Wash the tuna, cut into portions, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Coat it in a mixture of white and black sesame seeds, press it down a little and place it in a pan with hot oil. 2. Gently, and especially lightly, sear the tuna so that the sesame does not burn. Serve with vegetable salad.
