Tuna and Zucchini Bread WW

Here is the recipe for WW tuna and zucchini bread,a very healthy and low calorie bread, easy to make, and can be served as a cold starter with raw Vegetable Recipes or warm with a good tomato sauce.
Ingredients for 6 people: – 3 SP / person –
2 zucchini 300 g tuna in natural 3 eggs 100 g cottage cheese 0% 100 g flour 60 g grated low-fat Gruyere 300 ml skim milk 1/2 packet baking powder salt, pepper
Preparation:
Wash the zucchini then grate them.
In a bowl mix the zucchini with the tuna then set aside.
In another bowl mix the flour, yeast and eggs then whisk in the cottage cheese and milk.
Then add the salt, pepper, cheese, zucchini and tuna and mix.
You can mix everything in a blender, then pour into a cake tin lined with baking paper.
Then bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
