Truffles with whipped cream

Recipe from Russia for sweet tubes filled with whipped cream.

Ingredients:

250 g smooth flour 250 g floury sugar 50 g walnuts 4 pcs eggplant 1/4 l cream vanilla sugar butter to grease the baking sheet coarse flour to line the baking sheet

Procedure:

1. Beat the eggs with 200 g of sugar and half a packet of vanilla sugar until foamy
2. Add the sifted flour and mix well
3. Place a spoonful of dough on a buttered and floured baking sheet, form into patties and bake in a hot oven at 180-190 °C
4. When the edges of the patties start to turn pink, gradually remove them from the baking sheet and roll them into tubes
5. Chop the nuts finely and sprinkle the tubes while hot
