2 pcs trout 1 pinch salt 1 KL fish seasoning 1 pk lemon 1 KL cumin 1 pk onion 2 sprigs thyme a little butter
procedure
1. 1. Wash the trout, dry, sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with the juice of half a lemon. Place them in a baking dish. Garnish with the lemon and onion rings. 2. Place them in an oven preheated to 170°C and bake for about 30 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of baking, baste them with melted butter and add the sprigs of thyme. Serve with vegetable salad.
