4 pcs trout 4 pcs onion 1 pinch grill seasoning 1 pinch salt 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp olive oil 100 ml white wine 2 pcs tomato
procedure
1. Clean the skin off the trout and season only the fillets with salt, soy sauce and barbecue seasoning. Put them in the fridge for a while. In the meantime, cut the onions and tomatoes into thick slices. 2. Line the grill with foil, brush with olive oil, layer the trout and Vegetable Recipes on the foil and grill for about 10 minutes on both sides. During cooking, pour in the wine and turn the fillets over to flavour the sauce.
