4 pcs trout 30 g butter to taste salt a little ground black pepper 1 handful almond chips 3 sprigs fresh thyme 100 ml white wine
procedure

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the fish. Put a knob of butter, a little salt and pepper, half the almonds and fresh thyme in the belly of the fish, and spread the other half of these ingredients over the top of the trout. Place the fish in a dry baking dish and place in a hot oven for 15 min.

Before finishing, baste the trout with white wine 5 min. before the fish is done, to create a good juices. After baking, salt the juice and then pour it over the trout.
